These terms apply to your use of askkamal.com (the "site"), operated by Kamal Hans under the name AskKamal ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About the site

The site describes coaching, consulting and courses for product leaders, and shares articles, frameworks and other content about product operating models and AI.

Not professional advice

Content on the site is general information. It is not legal, financial, or tailored business advice for your situation, and you should not rely on it as such. Any decisions you make based on the content are your own.

Engagements

Coaching, consulting and course engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal agreed with you. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority. Booking a call through the site does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side.

Intellectual property

The content, frameworks (including the Operating Loop), text, graphics and logos on the site belong to AskKamal or its licensors. You may view the content and share links to it, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, sell or use it to create courses or training materials without written permission. Company names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use automated tools to copy its content in bulk.

Third-party services and links

The site links to and uses third-party services, including Calendly, Typeform, Substack, LinkedIn, X and Instagram. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, I make no warranties about the site's accuracy, completeness or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AskKamal and Kamal Hans are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date.
